The Executive Women Leadership Program (EWLP) is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to empower women in government positions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Aligned with Vision 2030, the program focuses on enhancing leadership skills, promoting transformative coaching, and developing adaptive skills for effective decision-making in complex environments. 

Course Content

Phase I: 

• Experiential Learning Modules: 
• Leadership as action (history, authentic leadership, limitless potential) 
• Awareness of self (self-awareness, beliefs, fears, perception) 
• Personal Development: Assessments and workshops focusing on individual growth, strengths, and areas for development. 
• E-learning Modules: Online modules covering various leadership concepts and practical applications.
  
  Phase II: 
• Capstone Project: A comprehensive project focused on departmental process improvement and resource savings, implemented in the participant's work domain. 
• Individual Development Plan: Creating a personalized plan for continued growth and development beyond the program.
