Scot Scobee

• since September 2020, Scot has been instrumental in leading the University's HR functions.
In this role, he acts as the chief human resources officer for the University system,
advocating for employee benefits, policies, and practices that positively impact the
workforce. His strategic partnership with the University administration has been pivotal in
managing comprehensive human resources services, including talent acquisition,
retention, performance management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

• Parallel to his directorial role, Scot has been an Instructor at Missouri State University since
February 2008, where he delivers high-quality training programs in human resource
management and leadership, leveraging his extensive experience to foster the next
generation of HR professionals.
